The room had a wonderful view from the balcony , a feature I certainly appreciated. The staff quickly brought extra towels and blankets when I requested them. The location was perfect , near transit and central to the places I wanted to visit.

I found the staff to be quite helpful. The front desk assisted me with directions. The hotel provided treats for dogs at the entrance. I also had help with my luggage to the lobby from one of the staff named Mr Salem.

The superior room king bed was well kept and comfortable. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Frank, the engineer, reset my heating unit and ensured it worked. i also appreciated the reception's help with printing.
The carpet had dust, and it wasn't vacuumed consistently after each cleaning. There were also a few crumbs around the coffee table that remained for a while.
